EMAS Virtual AGM 4Th November 2020
We have set a date for a virtual AGM using Skype for Wednesday 4th November 2020 at 7pm. The minutes are attached from 2019 AGM and also agenda. The position of treasurer has been filled but needs official approval.
At this time we require a junior delegate, who looks after and organises the junior squad.
We still need an RCO which needs to be approved by the coaches.
Anyone wishing to be nominated for these positions please let me know and we can get the information out to you and ask others to approve the positions.
If anyone wishes to join the meeting please contact me with an e-mail address and I will send the link to you either the day before or on the day, I promise you will not be coerced into a committee position. You do not need to download skype, the link does everything for you. I know counties are using this for their meetings, it is not fool proof but it does work.
Thanks
Lynn Fisher
